Shoulder pain due to muscle problems

According to experts opinion, muscles are often overseen as cause of triggering pain. Also shoulder pain or problems with joints and the bone structure can be caused by muscles or muscle problems.

Addressing this issue, Dr.Hannes Müller-Ehrenberg, an Orthopedic, published a 2-year study from Münster, Germany.

Muscle problems can also be caused by misalignments (subluxations) of vertebrae of the spine.
The body tries to compensate those misalignments to prevent further injuries and reacts with muscle tension and muscle hardening.
The muscle tension that was caused, now triggers a lot of other pain symptoms in the body.

Almost everyone knows a tight shoulder and feels a pulling on the muscles in the neck.
The little knots and tight spots that you feel during a massage are called Myogelosen.
Myogelosen are triggered by low blood flow, lack of movement and wrong nutrition.

How can a Chiropractor help with shoulder pain?

If  a misaligned vertebra is the cause of the problem then the Chiropractor will find it through motion palpation and release the subluxations through a skilled and painless administered adjustment.

The Chiropractic Adjustment with the Thompson Table and the Activator

There are many techniques used in Chiropractic to release the subluxations and free the nervous system from pressure and realign the spine.
These techniques are very gentle and the Activator can also be used with children.
